The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive Regional Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of campaign delivery across the Wellington and Lower North Island region. We're open to full-time or part-time depending on the right person — let's have a conversation about what works for you! You'll be the go-to person on the ground — making sure activations run smoothly, Brand Ambassadors are supported and performing, and clients get the standard of delivery Orbit is known for.

What You'll Do Campaign delivery

• Coordinate regional campaigns from prep through to execution

• Manage kit logistics, courier movements, and local storage

• Provide on-the-ground support and shift cover during live campaigns

Lead the team on the ground

• Schedule and fill shifts using our staff management system

• Train Brand Ambassadors online and in person, with a strong sales focus

• Conduct in-store visits, mystery shops, and quality checks to drive results

Be the regional point of contact

• Act as the primary contact for BAs across the region

• Troubleshoot issues in real time to keep campaigns on track

• Capture imagery and complete reporting accurately and on time

About You

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail

• A self-starter who takes ownership and runs with it

• Clear, responsive communicator

• Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines

• Solutions-focused under pressure
