About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Regional Coordinator (Independent Contractor) to oversee campaign delivery across the Wellington and Lower North Island region.
This is a flexible, hands-on contract opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple moving parts, and taking ownership of campaign outcomes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, Brand Ambassadors are supported, and targets are achieved.
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Operations Delivery
Oversee and coordinate regional campaigns are well executed to ensure activations run smoothly and meet campaign objectives
Manage campaign logistics including preparation, distribution, and restocking of campaign kits
Coordinate courier movements and kit transfers between regions
Maintain local storage facilities to ensure they are organised, clean, and operational
Staffing & Contractor Coordination
Schedule and fill campaign shifts using staff management systems
Coordinate and support Brand Ambassadors (BAs) across the region
Provide on-the-ground support during live campaigns as required
Provide cover for shifts when needed
Training & Performance Management
Deliver training to Brand Ambassadors (online and in-person), with a strong focus on sales
Monitor BA's and provide support to drive results
Conduct in-store visits, mystery shopping, and quality checks
Communication & Issue Resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for BAs within the region
Maintain clear, responsive, and proactive communication at all times
Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimise disruption to campaigns
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Capture campaign imagery for client reporting and marketing
Ensure BA surveys and reporting are completed accurately and on time
Maintain high standards that are aligned with Orbit expectations
General Support
Assist with kit swaps, logistics coordination, and campaign admin as required
Carry out additional tasks as reasonably requested to support campaign delivery
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of your work
Excellent communicator, responsive, clear, and reliable
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Solutions-focused with the ability to troubleshoot in real time
Experience in events, promotions, retail, or field marketing is highly advantageous
