About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to support our Client Services team in delivering seamless marketing campaigns and event experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, building strong relationships, and being involved from campaign planning through to execution and evaluation.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive professional, efficient, and high-quality support while contributing to the overall success of our campaigns and events.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting client inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner
Assisting with the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and live events
Maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and project materials
Providing administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and data entry
Collaborating with creative, production, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Assisting with proposals, presentations, runsheets, briefing notes, and WIP summaries
Supporting campaign evaluation and reporting, including data collection and analysis
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiencies, and enhanced client satisfaction
Working on-site at events or supporting team leaders as required
Managing multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
As the successful candidate, you will have:
1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing or administrative role, ideally within marketing, events, or professional services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related systems
The ability to manage your own workload and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to team success
