Position: Regional Coordinator
Hours: Saturday and Sunday - [additonal hours available]

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Management:
  • Manage and staff campaign shifts in Auckland.
  • Train and support Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee campaign logistics, including kit management and courier organisation.
  • Provide emergency shift cover 
  • Maintain storage facilities.
• Business Support:
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues to devise effective campaigns.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing feedback for improvement.

Skills, Experience & Education:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing or Event Management desirable.
• Previous experience in a Coordinator role desirable.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to work with the management team, and a proactive attitude.
• Physicaly able.
• Driver's licence required.
• Own reliable car required.
